What this site does
tarnbeck.com is a static page describing Tarnbeck. It is served by Cloudflare Pages.
What it does not do
- No cookies.
- No advertising, no cross-site tracking, no profiling.
- No fonts or styles from other domains.
- No accounts, forms or personal data collection of any kind.
Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, so we can see how many people reach these pages. A small script from Cloudflare runs on each page and reports one measurement per page view.
It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and does not fingerprint you or follow you across sites. Repeat visits are not linked together: Cloudflare counts a "visit" as a page view whose referrer is a different website. Recorded per page view are the page address, the referring page, your country, browser, operating system and device type, and the page load timings measured by the browser's Performance API. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics "does not collect or use your visitors' personal data". We see aggregate counts only, and cannot identify an individual visitor.
The only thing stored on your device is your dark/light theme choice, if you use the toggle. It stays in your browser and is never sent anywhere.
Hosting
Cloudflare, as the hosting provider, processes connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site. Tarnbeck does not access or retain this data.
